Carly SanonExecutive Director
Carly joined the TRVCC Team in August of 2022. She loves teaching the senior stretch class and seeing programs that educate and empower kids. Prior to her arrival to the valley, Carly was a collegiate basketball coach for 19 years. She most recently was the head women’s basketball coach at Montana Technological University in Butte for the past eight years. Carly attended Carroll College, where she played basketball and graduated with a degree in Community Health. She enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, baking and going on adventures with her family. Carly’s husband Ricardo and their three kids Kachina, Jesse and Jael live in Ranchester.

Chad Aksamit

He and his wife Beth have two kids, Mackenzie and Tavis. Although he may have many relatives in Sheridan County, he grew up in Colorado. Chad spent every summer in Ranchester and Dayton and knew that he wanted to live here and raise his kids in this beautiful environment. Chad and his family moved to Ranchester from Colorado in 2008 and has been with TRVCC since 2011. He and his family are excited to be part of such a tremendous asset for our community.
Lacie Schwend

Unofficial Title: Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Accidental Techie, and occasional bus driver.
Favorite thing about working at TRVCC: I love serving this community and leading fitness classes that everyone can come to.
What I do when I am not at TRVCC: Driving my kids to practice, gardening, chasing my chickens, cooking from scratch, and running my sewing machine as much as possible.
Nancy Johnston

Nancy was born & raised on the family ranch in Parkman, WY. She attended Slack School through 6th grade, then continued through the Tongue River School system. Nancy attended Sheridan College, receiving an associate degree in Ag Business. Nancy has been married to her High School sweetheart, John, for 25 years this summer. They lived on the family ranch until 2007 when they bought their home in Dayton. They have two kids who are in college or headed in that direction, both pursuing careers in the performing arts. When not at work, Nancy enjoys spending time in the mountains with her family camping, hiking & snowmobiling.
Tanya McCoy
Tanya McCoyTRACK Program & Facility Supervisor
Tanya has worked at TRVCC since 2012. In addition to running the after-school program, Tanya manages the TRVCC Ranchester Facility. Tanya lives in Dayton, WY with her husband, Nathan. Nathan and Tanya have been married for 20+ years; they have two daughters and two granddaughters. Tanya is more of a warm-weather character, so in the summertime, she enjoys the outdoors–camping, hiking, boating.
Amber Miles
Amber MilesFacility Supervisor & Personal Trainer
Amber is an avid outdoorswoman and loves working with people. She was issued in the Eastman’s Hunting Journal for one of her many hunting adventures. Amber graduated from Tongue River High in 1997 and has attended Sheridan Community College, along with Montana State University, Bozeman. She is currently on the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation committee and an inductee of the National Society of Leadership. She obtained her Certified Personal Trainer certification in 2019 in addition to her Sports Nutrition Certificate. Amber likes to keep learning and just completed her ISSA Elite Trainer Certification.

Becky has lived in Dayton her entire life. She graduated from TRHS in 2014 and has worked at TRVCC for five years. Becky is the lady responsible for keeping the center looking fabulous, and she does a great job. When she is not working, she enjoys working and playing with her puppy.

Adam was born and raised in Sheridan County. He began snowboarding and rock climbing at an early age, and became an instructor in 2015. When he is not instructing courses, he can be found wandering the mountains looking for rocks to climb and lines to ski, or places to archery hunt.
