Circuit Blast

Ready to mix it up? Our NEW weight room circuit class is a mix of machine usage and free weights. Each week will be something different, but weight lifting focused.  This class can be modified for all fitness levels, so don’t be afraid to give it a try!

When:  Fridays at 9:00 am  (Childcare available)

Senior Stretch

When:  Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 9:00-9:45am
Where:  TRVCC Dayton

Low Intensity Interval Training (LIIT)

When:  Tuesdays – 9:00-9:45am
Where:  TRVCC Dayton FOD Room
Cost:  Members – FREE; Non members $3.00 per class

A low impact interval training class perfect for beginners, those recovering from an injury, those coming back from a workout hiatus,  or even those who want a low impact workout on active rest days.

Boot Camp

A group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight  interval training and strength training.

When: Tuesday and Friday- 5:45-6:30 AM- TRVCC Dayton

Cost:  Members – FREE, Non-Members $3.00 per class.

HIIT 

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), this class has it all!  Circuits, Tabata and cardio intervals  are a few of the exercises you might see!   Class will be different every time you come – so you will never get bored. Classes can be scaled for all fitness levels!

Saturday Sweat

TRVCC is happy to announce Saturday Sweat is back! This is a 30-45 minute workout with any one of our instructors. Come shake it up and keep your fitness on track during the weekend.

When:  Saturdays at 8:00 am  (NO Childcare available)

Align and Flow Yoga: 

8:00 am Wednesday Mornings.This class will be located in the FOD room and will be taught by the wonderful ladies of the Kula Space.
Cost:  Members – FREE, Non-Members $3.00 per class.

Circuit Weight Class

Circuit Weight Training is designed to work all muscles of the body through the use of machines, free weights, and body weight exercises. Rest periods are minimal, as this class is designed to keep you moving at a moderate pace non stop. Circuit training is great for everyone, especially those looking to get an introduction into fitness and establish a base level of strength and cardio endurance. All abilities and experience levels are welcome!

Come see our new Fitness on Demand system and workout room.  Fitness on Demand provides over 100 different classes including yoga, pilates, spinning, cardio, kettlebells, and many other muscle specific targets, making the choice yours on what program you want to use!  Stop in the Dayton Center for a how-to on the system and start using it at your convenience during office hours
