Circuit Blast

Ready to mix it up? Our NEW weight room circuit class is a mix of machine usage and free weights. Each week will be something different, but weight lifting focused.  This class can be modified for all fitness levels, so don’t be afraid to give it a try!

When:  Fridays at 9:00 am
Where:  TRVCC Dayton – Weight Room
Cost:  Members – FREE; Non-members $3.00 per class

Senior Stretch

When:  Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 9:00-9:45 am
Where:  TRVCC Dayton
Cost:  Members – FREE; Non-members $3.00 per class

Low Impact Interval Training (LIIT)

When:  Tuesdays – 9:00-9:45 am – Dayton FOD Room &  Thursdays – 9:00-9:45 am – Ranchester Fitness Studio

Where:  TRVCC Dayton FOD Room
Cost:  Members – FREE; Non-members $3.00 per class

A low impact interval training class perfect for beginners, those recovering from an injury, those coming back from a workout hiatus,  or even those who want a low impact workout on active rest days.

Boot Camp

A group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and bodyweight interval training and strength training.

When: Tuesday and Friday- 5:45-6:30 AM- TRVCC Dayton
Instructor:  Erin Kilbride
Cost:  Members – FREE, Non-Members $3.00 per class.


High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), this class has it all!  Circuits, Tabata, and cardio intervals are a few of the exercises you might see!   The class will be different every time you come – so you will never get bored. Classes can be scaled for all fitness levels!

When:  Mondays and Thursdays 8:30 – 9:15 AM,
Where:  Mondays at TRVCC Ranchester – GYM and Thursdays-TRVCC Dayton GYM

Align and Flow Yoga

When: 5:30 pm, Monday nights
Where: FOD room and will be taught by the wonderful ladies of the Kula Space.
Cost:  Members – FREE, Non-Members $3.00 per class.

Circuit Weight Class

Circuit Weight Training is designed to work all muscles of the body through the use of machines, free weights, and bodyweight exercises. Rest periods are minimal, as this class is designed to keep you moving at a moderate pace nonstop. Circuit training is great for everyone, especially those looking to get an introduction to fitness and establish a base level of strength and cardio endurance. All abilities and experience levels are welcome!

When: Wednesday 5:30p to 6:15p and Fridays from 9:00a to 9:45a

Fitness On Demand & Daily Burn

Fitness on Demand provides over 100 different classes including yoga, pilates, spinning, cardio, kettlebells, and many other muscle-specific targets, making the choice yours on what program you want to use!  Stop in the Dayton Center for a how-to on the system and start using it at your convenience during office hours.

Daily Burn is a streaming fitness app used at our TRVCC Ranchester Location. There is something for everyone here, no spinning though!


TRX is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop balance, strength and flexibility, and core stability simultaneously instead of relying on machines or free weights. TRX will give you a full-body workout. You choose the intensity!
