Lefse is a Norwegian flatbread that is popular to make around the holiday seasons of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Rosanna Henderson will be on hand to teach us how to make it on November 19th and 20th from 6:30-9:00 PM. Fees for this class will be$20.00 for members and $30.00 for non members.
