Cent$ible Nutrition Classes

TRVCC- Ranchester.  This is a series of 5 fun hands on classes about food and nutrition. Participants will actively share in group cooking, using recipes from the CNP cookbook and receive handy kitchen gadgets along with take home information.  This class is free to those who qualify.  For more information or to register call Sandy Koltiska at the Sheridan County Extension Office, 674-2980 or TRVCC Ranchester at 655-9191.  Classes will be held on Mondays begining April 25th at 10:30 am at TRVCC Ranchester.

Big Horn Mountain Run: Training Times

We will have training runs throughout April and May.  The first run will take place Saturday, April 9th at 8:00a.m.  We will meet at the Dayton Community Center.

TRVCC Dayton:  Starting April 9 we will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.  Please call if you need the building open for special occasions.

Operation S.A.V.E

TRVCC Dayton, Tuesday, April 5th at 6 P.M.  The Sheridan County Suicide Prevention Coalition and the Tongue River Vally Community Center invite you to develop skills that could save a life: how to identify, approach, and get help for suicidal individuals. This free, one-hour session will also address how to overcome your fears about talking about suicide.   Please RSVP by calling 655-9419.

Zumba Cancelled

To all you Zumba fans… Zumba on Tuesday mornings (8:30 – 9:30am) is cancelled until further notice… If you would like to come learn the circuit routine in the weight room, we are offering that workout instead of Zumba right now…. something is better than nothing at all :)! Also, Zumba on Tuesday afternoons (4:30pm) is also cancelled for the rest of the Semester.
