The Tongue River Valley Community Center is excited to bring Jennifer Pharr Davis to our Dayton Center to deliver her inspirational message through her stories of hiking and adventuring around the world.  Ms Pharr Davis is an endurance athlete and the 2012 National Geographic Adventurer of the Year.  Ms Parr Davis has trekked over 12,000 miles on 6 continents and holds the endurance record for both males and females on the Appalachian Trail, having completed the 2,181 mile trail in 46 days(avg of 47 miles per day).  Ms Pharr Davis has been featured in the New York Times, the AP wire, NPR Talk of the Nation and the CBS Morning Show.  This event will not be about records or numbers, but instead will focus on her message that the trail is there for everyone at every phase of life and that the trail is a metaphor for life.

Set aside Monday, October 7 to come hear this amazing message.  We will begin at 6:30pm at the TRVCC Dayton Center.  This is a free event for the public.  The TRVCC would like to thank Kingfisher Lodge and the Sport Stop for sponsoring this event.
