Weight Room Circuit Class @ TRVCC Dayton
Jun 12 @ 5:30 pm – 6:15 pm

Circuit Weight Training is designed to work all muscles of the body through the use of machines, free weights, and body weight exercises. Rest periods are minimal, as this class is designed to keep you moving at a moderate pace non stop. Circuit training is great for everyone, especially those looking to get an introduction into fitness and establish a base level of strength and cardio endurance. All abilities and experience levels are welcome!

Barre Pilates @ TRVCC Dayton - FOD Room

Energize with a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. Balance or the wall is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Cardiovascular movements are often infused with this work-out.

Low Impact Interval Training LIIT @ TRVCC Dayton

A low impact interval training class for active older adults, people just getting back into fitness, or coming back after an injury.

This class is a high volume (reps), low resistance (weight) workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily at improving muscle tone and definition and core strength while improving cardiovascular fitness.

Where: TRVCC Ranchester

When:  Thursdays at 9:00am

Cost: Free with Membership or $3.00/session.

A group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight  interval training and strength training.

Walking Club @ TRVCC Dayton

Tuesdays we meet at 10 am  – TRVCC Dayton

Thursdays we meet at 10am – TRVCC Ranchester.

A group of folks looking to walk 2-3 miles, as time allows. Nothing fast or strenuous, just time in the fresh air!
