Energize with a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. Balance or the wall is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Cardiovascular movements are often infused with this work-out.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), this class has it all! Circuits, Tabata and cardio intervals are a few of the exercises you might see! Class will be different every time you come – so you will never get bored. Classes can be scaled for all fitness levels!
Class is weekly on Monday and Thursday mornings at 8:30 am!
Ready to mix it up? Our NEW weight room circuit class is a mix of machine usage and free weights. Each week will be something different, but weight lifting focused. All classes will be in the weight room at TRVCC Dayton
