Yoga Gently

This Friday will be the first session of our new Class: Yoga Gently.  This 45 minute gentle movement class is designed for Seniors and Beginners.   Students will have a choice of chair, floor, or wall depending on individual mobility concerns. This class will help with flexibility, balance and stress reduction, leaving you refreshed, renewed and relaxed. It will begin at 8:30am, and will end at 9:15am.  This class is FREE for members and $5.00 for non-members.  For more information please call us at 655-9419.
