Wednesdays 5:15-6:15pm TRVCC Dayton
- A class designed to help your strength, balance and flexibility with the use of proper breathing techniques. This class will help you gain energy with increased blood circulation and oxygen.
Pilates
When: Mondays 5:15-6:15pm TRVCC Dayton
Yoga/Pilates
Where: TRVCC Dayton
When: Friday, 10:00-11:00
This will be an alternating class between Yoga and Pilates.
