- A group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight interval training and strength training.
Turbo Kick

TRVCC Dayton & Ranchester
When:
Tuesdays 6:00- 6:45 PM in Ranchester
Thursdays 6:00-6:45PM in Ranchester
Cost: Free with membership
- A mix of a cardio work out and turbo kickboxing. A great class to burn calories fast.
