Circuit Training:
Where: TRVCC Dayton
When: Dayton: Tuesday & Thursday , 6-7 pm
Instructor: Walt Gray (Dayton)
Cost: Members – FREE, Non members – $20.00/10 classes
- This class will give you a cardio and strength training workout using the resistance machines.
Boot Camp:
Where: TRVCC Dayton
When: Fridays- 5:45-6:30 AM
Instructor: Erin Kilbride
Cost: Members – FREE
- A group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight interval training and strength training.
Turbo Kick *Begins Week of Jan. 2
Where:
TRVCC Dayton & Ranchester
When:
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:15- 7:15 PM in Ranchester
Mondays 5:45-6:45 AM in Dayton (starts Jan. 9)
Cost: Free with membership
- A mix of a cardio work out and turbo kickboxing. A great class to burn calories fast.
