Urban Boot Camp

UBC™ is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that incorporates a variety of calisthenics, weight training, and basic hip hop moves to create routines that are motivating, fun and challenging to a mix of hip hop music.  Classes can be scaled for all fitness levels!

When:  Fridays at 9:00 am  (Childcare available)
Where:  TRVCC Dayton – GYM
Cost:  Members – FREE; Non members $3.00 per class

Senior Stretch

When:  Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 9:00-9:45am
Where:  TRVCC Dayton
Cost:  Members – FREE; Non members $3.00 per class

Active Older Adult Yoga on the FOD

When:  Tues & Thurs at 9:00 am
Where:  TRVCC Dayton – FOD Room
Cost:  Members – FREE; Non members $3.00 per class

Boot Camp

A group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight  interval training and strength training.

When: Tuesday and Friday- 5:45-6:30 AM- TRVCC Dayton

HIIT by Lacie

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), this class has it all!  Circuits, Tabata and cardio intervals  are a few of the exercises you might see!   Class will be different every time you come – so you will never get bored. Classes can be scaled for all fitness levels!

When:  Mondays and Thursdays 8:30 – 9:15 AM,

HIIT by Austin

HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is designed to have short bouts of near maximum intensity effort in a given exercise, followed by a short period of rest. HIIT classes focus on building both strength and cardio, as well as upper and lower body. Exercises typically will include body weight, free weight, tabata, jump training, calisthenics, and many more kinds. Again, all are encouraged to give it a try, no matter your experience and ability level! 

When: Thursday 6:00 to 6:45pm
Where:  TRVCC Dayton gym

Align and Flow Yoga: 

8:00 am Wednesday Mornings (begins Oct. 18) This class will be located in the FOD room and will be taught by the wonderful ladies of the Kula Space. 
Cost:  Members – FREE, Non-Members $3.00 per class.
 

Circuit Weight Class

Circuit Weight Training is designed to work all muscles of the body through the use of machines, free weights, and body weight exercises. Rest periods are minimal, as this class is designed to keep you moving at a moderate pace non stop. Circuit training is great for everyone, especially those looking to get an introduction into fitness and establish a base level of strength and cardio endurance. All abilities and experience levels are welcome!

When: Wednesday 5:30p to 6:15p
